Employees and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees of CigarandPipes.com are ineligible to participate in the $1,000 Cigar Shopping Spree Sweepstakes!
2.Agreement to Rules & Sponsorship. By entering the $1,000 Cigar Shopping Spree Sweepstakes Sponsored by CigarandPipes.com you agree to abiding by the sponsors official rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify an entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this sweepstakes, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules.
3.Entry Period. The $1,000 Cigar Shopping Spree Sweepstakes Sponsored by CigarandPipes.com Entry Period: this promotion begins on January 25th 2023 at 11:59pm EST and ends on Thursday March 16th 2023 at 11:59pm EST. To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, entries must be received within the specific Entry Period.
4. How to Enter. Eligible entrants can enter by submitting an entry via the online link to join with their email the CigarandPipes.com Email Newsletter for Premium & Boutique Cigar Deals; eligible entrants can receive additional entries after they have entered initially entered their email for the newsletter by sharing the sweepstakes post and tagging a friend on social media. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5.Prizes: The Winner(s) of the $1,000 Cigar Shopping Spree Sweepstakes Sponsored by CigarandPipes.com will receive Boxes of Premium Cigars [Arturo Fuente OpusX Angel Share Reserva d’Chateau Tin/3, Plasencia 146 Cosecha La Musica, Padron 8-Cigar Collection Gift Box Sampler Maduro $334.25] , Gift Cards [$333.34 x 3], C&P Cigar of the Month Club 3-Month Membership [$116.97], and C&P Cigar Accessories and Swag [$110]. There shall be no cash or other prize substitutions permitted. The prizes are non-transferable. First Place Prize Winner, upon acceptance, shall receive one Plasencia 146 Cosecha La Musica Box of 10, Cigar and Pipes Torch Lighter, Cutter and T-Shirt with first of three digital Gift Cards via email sent by April 1st 2023. The Gift Cards will be issued and redeemable Quarterly.The first Gift Card will be Gift Card ‘Q2’ for $333.34 and will be issued by April 1st 2023 at the latest and is redeemable site-wide between April 1st 2023 to June 30th 2023; Gift Card ‘Q2’ will expire on June 30th 2023 at which time any remaining credits on the digital gift card will expire and are non-transferable. By accepting the prize, the selected Winners grants permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s likeness, entry and name for purpose of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
6. Selection and Notification of the Winners. The Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Sponsor will notify the Winners by email and phone within 1-24 hours of the random drawing. The Sponsor will also announce the Winners (using social media tags if applicable) via email and on Facebook and Instagram within 1-24 hours of the random drawing and provide 72 hours (3-Days) for the Winners to claim the applicable prize. If the winner does not claim the prize within that 72-hour (3-Day) window a new random drawing will be performed for that applicable prize. If the Winner violates any of these official rules, the Winner (at the discretion of the sponsor) will be disqualified, and all privileges as the winner will immediately be terminated.
7. Terms & Conditions. In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the $1,000 Cigar Shopping Spree Sweepstakes Sponsored by CigarandPipes.com should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the Sweepstakes. In the event any of the above issues, the sponsor may determine the Winner based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action take by the Sponsor. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operations or entry process of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
