The Arturo Fuente Summer of Love Raffle (“Promotion”) is sponsored by CigarAndPipes.com (“Sponsor”). By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, owners, and immediate family members of CigarAndPipes.com may participate only if permitted by applicable law.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins immediately upon publication and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on September 8, 2026.
The raffle drawing will be conducted on September 10, 2026.
3. How to Enter
Participants may earn raffle entries through qualifying purchases made during the Promotion Period.
One (1) raffle entry will be awarded for every $50 spent on eligible Arturo Fuente cigar purchases.
Entries may be earned through:
- Purchases made online at CigarAndPipes.com
- Purchases made at the CigarAndPipes retail location
Examples:
- $50 purchase = 1 entry
- $100 purchase = 2 entries
- $250 purchase = 5 entries
Qualifying purchase totals are calculated before taxes and shipping charges.
There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may earn.
4. Prizes
Prizes include:

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any listed prize becomes unavailable.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on September 10, 2026 from all eligible entries received. First Winner will have choice of ONE prize and so on until all prizes have been claimed.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry.
If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Prize Delivery
Prizes requiring shipment will only be shipped to addresses within jurisdictions where shipment is lawful.
Age verification may be required before prize fulfillment.
8. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or illegible entries.
Any attempt to tamper with the operation of the Promotion may result in disqualification.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless CigarAndPipes.com, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and for administration of the Promotion.
