- All International Orders take 2-5 Business Days to process once placed.
*All International orders are limited to 50 or fewer cigars any orders over this will be cancelled and refunded
- All shipments will be declared correctly with their true contents and value. Many countries regulate tobacco imports. Please be aware of your country’s import laws and restrictions.
- Refunds for shipments that are returned will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
- Original shipping paid for packages returned is deemed “used” and is NOT eligible for refund. You will only be refunded for the products in your order minus the 10% restocking fee.
- International Shipping Rate is a flat fee of $79.95 (Canada Flat Rate $55.95) Free Shipping Offers are not valid for international shipping.
