Diamond Crown Maximus
The legendary Diamond Crown MAXIMUS enters 2026 with a bold new look and a refined blend, marking the first significant change to the line’s profile in more than two decades. Originally created through a collaboration between the J.C. Newman, Arturo Fuente, and Oliva families, MAXIMUS remains one of the most recognizable super-premium cigars in the Diamond Crown portfolio.
The updated blend retains its signature Ecuadorian El Bajo Sungrown wrapper, grown from the upper primings of John Oliva Sr.’s tobacco fields, paired with Dominican binder and filler tobaccos. The 2026 version delivers a bolder yet refined profile, with rich tobacco character, leather, spice, coffee, and natural sweetness.
The presentation has been completely refreshed as well, featuring a new handcrafted box with column-inspired details and updated bands while maintaining the familiar 20-count format and existing sizes. The Diamond Crown MAXIMUS 2026 is a reimagined classic that honors its original character while bringing a renewed depth and presentation to the line.
