Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust Year of The Pausers
The Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust Year of the Pausers is a deeply personal limited-edition release from master blender Steve Saka, created to honor longtime cigar community members Tom and Michelle Pauser. Unlike traditional zodiac-themed releases, this special project celebrates the people behind the passion.
Each box includes two distinct 6 x 48 blends, individually crafted to reflect the smoking preferences of the Pausers. Michelle’s blend draws inspiration from Sin Compromiso using a Mexican San Andres wrapper over an Ecuadorian Habano Rosado binder with Nicaraguan & Pennsylvanian filler, while Tom’s blend leans toward the richer character of Mi Querida using a first time used "Capa Camaleon wrapper, this leaf is a hybrid of Habano 2000 & Connecticut Broadleaf, draped over a Mexican San Andres binder and filler from the Dominican Republic & Nicaragua. Both cigars feature Dunbarton’s signature craftsmanship, delivering complex notes of cocoa, earth, espresso, spice, and subtle sweetness with exceptional balance and refinement.
Produced in limited quantities, the Year of the Pausers is a unique and collectible release that showcases the creativity, storytelling, and blending expertise that define Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust.
