New World Connecticut by AJ Fernandez is a mild-medium bodied Connecticut Shade wrapped smooth premium cigar hand rolled at the AJ Fernandez factory in Nicaragua. Vintage tobacco is used including long fillers from Brazil & Nicaragua, a Mexican San Andres binder are encased by the smooth Connecticut shade wrapper. Creamy notes with a hint of spice & cedar are found in this pleasantly smooth premium cigars.

Great flavor, great construction, and everything you would expect from AJ. This will never be confused with the subtle creamy flavors of a Davidoff, but far superior to many. This has actual flavor and that unmistakable Nicaraguan punch.

I love this Cigar in the morning or as my first cigar of the day. I will start with the 1st 1/3 of the cigar. It is pepper but a good one it lets you know it’s there and it kinda gives me a wake up beware of what I’m doing right now and that’s smoking. Pretty much it stops me for thinking about anything else but what is happening now. The 2nd 1/3 is cedar with hints of cream. I retrohale so I can really feel that and it’s still mixed with pepper and cinnamon. Last 1/3 is just magical for me. I love the cream with no pepper left and leaving me with a sweet taste. I am a tea drinker and in Iran a lot of us use rock sugar and usually it does not melt until the end when your left with that last sip. This is the experience I feel when smoking this cigar. Where as most cigars start sweet and end peppery this one is the opposite. I love AJ and his work.
